shoes!

i love The Lakehouse... it's sweet... however, i think it's a little weird in the last part.. dunoe how to describe.. anyway, just watch it and u'll noe wad i meant..

hmm... hubby and i went to Causeway Point to catch it and we went to Metro to catch the last buy on 20% off... saw a blouse.. i realli wanted to get it... but i think i splurged way too much.. so in the end.. i put it back onto the rack..

we went to Yoshinoya for late lunch and ordered its GYOZA... wonderful... i love the preserved ginger... yummy!

actually was heading to the bus interchange to take a bus home... but i turned to the direction towards Charles and Keith... haha...

i din bring sis's disc. card so i enquired if i could just give her my sis's IC no.... dey don't seem to care abt my presence.. so i approached another available gal... she gave me a paper to jot down the IC No. and Name... nv did they use the word please and thank u.. arghh.. fine... den.. they asked "So Miss, Which shoe u want" i'm like... duh... can't u see i'm browsing around... arghhh... so i told her i want tt black one.. she didnt even say.. ok.. pls wait i get for u... she just turned her back and headed to the storeroom... arghhhh...

i paid her with mah nets... she gave me my shoes and receipt but not with my card.. duh rite... haizz.... and she did not say sorry for her blunder and nv even thank me for the patronage... arghhh.. wad kinda service is this??

prolly i've nagged and complained enuff.. haha.. this is the standard i expect even after i went thru the module- Customer Service Communication.... tt's called service...
